How to Find Creative Commons Images

Today, I want to talk about Creative Commons Images. Let's take a look at how to use images found on the Internet without violating intellectual property rights. I hope this is useful to you.

If you need images for your blog, website, video, or other projects, Creative Commons Images can help you. You just need to use the image under license and attribution, you are not infringing copyright.

Let me show you how to do it. If you find an image on Wikimedia Commons and you want to use it, you will need to place attributions under the image after you use it. just like this:

Example:

By Renato Augusto Martins - Own work, CC BY-SA 4.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=58767612

Finding the attribution information is simple. When you try to download Wikimedia Commons images. Wikimedia Commons will prompt you that you need to tag the attribution and show you the appropriate attribution information (As shown in the image below). Then, all you need to do is copy the relevant attribution information and paste it under the image you are using.

But what if you want really free images? All right, all right! I won't forget to tell you that! Here, I have found some websites that you can find free images that do not require attributions, or the attribution is included within the images:

In the above sites, all images are free. For this reason, you can use them with confidence. That is what I want to share this week! Hopefully, you learned something useful!
