Difference between Z-course and traditional course

Reading this week mentioned a concept called the Z-degree and I was curious about it. For this reason, I did some searches on the Internet and I created an infographic to show my understanding of the Z-course. Also, I found that Z-degree consists of Z-course. So what are the Z-course and Z-degree?

What is Z-course?

Z-course is a course that not requires students to buy any course materials. For this reason, Z-course uses zero-cost course materials for teaching and learning. You can see the difference between Z-course and traditional course in infographic I made above.

What is Z-degree?

Well if Z-courses are classes offered without the need of purchasing a textbook, then a Z-degree is to offer sections of courses needed to complete your degree without any required textbook purchases.
